FreePark is a patent protected device that was specially designed to solve the short term loading and unloading parking problem.
The fair mode of operation provides the driver 15 minutes of parking for loading and unloading. In order to eliminate improper use of FreePark, the next device operation will be available after 15 minutes of hibernation.
During it's working period, FreePark displays the remaining time and a lamp flashes.
